Five to eight minutes walking. The Pedregal Towers building sits at the marina-facing edge of Pedregal, closer to downtown than most of the community's homes. You can walk to Cabo Wabo, El Squid Roe, Mango Deck, the marina sportfishing charters, and the Puerto Paraiso mall. Medano Beach is a short taxi or Uber ride away. Most guests skip the rental car entirely.
